During this uncertain time we are all focused on keeping ourselves and those around us healthy. At The Grove, we’re working hard to accommodate our customers while keeping them safe. Therefore, we are only offering delivery at this time. We’re excited to be able to provide delivery for our Pahrump community for the first and continue this service for our Las Vegas customers. If you’re new to cannabis delivery services, don’t worry. It’s simple, and we’re here to walk you through the process. First, and foremost, before you get your order started:
  • Make sure you have a valid identification and phone number, including a valid medical card if you are a medical patient. We must verify your identification with an ID scanner at the time of delivery. Your phone number will allow us to contact you to verify your order and to let you know when the driver is on his way.
  • Have cash on hand. Drivers have limited change, so please be prepared.
  • Remember that orders can only be delivered to private residences. We can’t deliver to hotels, gaming properties, campgrounds or other public locations.
Now you’re ready for the fun part! Step 1 – Go to www.TheGroveNV.com. Depending on your location, click on the ‘Las Vegas Delivery’ or ‘Pahrump Delivery’ button located on the top right corner. Our Las Vegas location accepts same day deliveries from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., while our Pahrump dispensary will take orders from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. New customers will have to enter the delivery address to confirm that the location is within our delivery radius. Then, explore our menu, select your favorite products, upload a photo of your ID and check out. Don’t forget to provide special instructions for delivery. Step 2 – Confirm your order. One of our team members will call within 15 minutes of receiving your request to review your order and confirm your total after applying any applicable discounts. Please answer your phone to help mainstream this process. Remember, drivers carry limited change, so be prepared. Delivery Fees: Free delivery is available for those who make a $100 purchase (pre-tax) at our Las Vegas location or a $150 purchase (pre-tax) at our Pahrump location. Boulder City customers get free delivery with a purchase of $200 (pre-tax). Step 3 – Wait! Your order will get there in approximately three hours, depending on the volume of orders for the day. Our drivers are in constant contact with updates. You will know when your order is on its way with a text, and the driver also will contact you with a call approximately 15 minutes before arriving to your location. If the driver can’t reach you, the order will be put back in the queue and your wait will be extended. Again, please answer your phone to keep the ordering process on track. Orders made within the last three business hours will go out for delivery the next morning. Boulder City requests will be processed for next day delivery. Step 4 – Receive your order. The delivery driver will scan and verify your ID and take your payment. Remember that you must be home. Orders can only be delivered directly to the person who placed the order.
