WHEN IS CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE?
Our curbside pickup service is available from 8AM to 10PM. The last curbside pickup order will be taken at 9:45PM.
WHAT ARE THE CURBSIDE PICKUP RULES?
All curbside pickup orders must be placed online and in advance. When you arrive, you must practice safe social distancing and stay in your vehicle at all times. No walk-up orders will be allowed. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in your vehicle unless they are a Medical Marijuana Patient with a VALID medical card. Make sure to bring cash for payment as there will be no access to on-site ATMs. Additionally, onsite consumption is NOT permitted.
HOW DOES CURBSIDE PICKUP WORK?
Select the Curbside Pickup option on the checkout page. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a message from us. You, as well as all occupants inside your vehicle, will need to provide photo ID. Everyone in your vehicle must be 21 years of age or older. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a staff member with additional instructions.
AM I ABLE TO CHANGE MY ORDER WHEN I PICK IT UP?
If an error occurs, a correction can be made. No other adjustments or changes to orders are permitted.
CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER ON A BIKE, SCOOTER, SKATEBOARD, ETC?
Only on a motorized bike. All riders must be over 21 years of age with a valid ID. No push scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, walk ups, etc. are allowed.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS?
By law we must confirm your date of birth, address, and order via phone before processing your delivery. In order to receive a cannabis delivery, we have to verify your identification with a portable VeriScan ID scanner in person. CUSTOMER PLACING ORDER MUST RECEIVE ORDER AT POINT OF DELIVERY. Any medical patient must show a valid medical card. We can only deliver to whomever places the order at a private residence. Private residence does not include hotels, gaming properties, and campgrounds.
WHAT FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION ARE ALLOWED?
Per Nevada state law, we can only deliver to adults age 21 years of age and older unless an underage medical card holder. We accept the following valid and unexpired forms of identification.
Driver’s licenses or instruction permit issued by any state or territory of the US
Identification card issued by any state or territory of the US
US military identification card
Merchant Mariner Credential issued by the US Coast Guard
Passport issued by the US government
Permanent resident card issued by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security
Tribal ID card issued by a tribal government which requires proof of the age of the holder of the card for issuance
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR PAHRUMP DELIVERY?
We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $150! Our minimum purchase requirement is $75 before tax and discounts with a delivery fee of $20 for any order less than $150.
HOW CAN I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER?
Go to our website www.thegrovenv.com and click the button at the top right corner for Pahrump Deliveries. We accept deliveries on our website from 8AM to 10PM. For new customers, you will have to enter your address to confirm you are within our delivery radius. For returning customers, this will take you to our live menu where you can pick out what you’d like for your delivery. Upon checkout please provide special instructions for delivery. We will call you after applying your discounts and deals to confirm a total.
WHEN CAN I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER?
Our website menu is open from 8AM to 10PM daily. Orders placed on our website from 8AM to 7PM are delivered same-day. Orders placed from 7PM to 10PM will be delivered the next day. Our website is closed for delivery requests from 10PM to 8AM.
ARE YOU HONORING DISCOUNTS?
Yes we are still offering the same in store discounts you’ve come to rely on! These include medical discounts and 10% off for veterans as well as seniors (65+) with valid verification. We will call you to confirm the total after these discounts are applied, just let us know in the "Special Instructions" area at checkout.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Orders placed from 8AM to 7PM have an approximate 3 to 5 hour turnaround time for same-day delivery depending on volume fluctuations. Our drivers are in constant contact to update you along the way! Deliveries start at 8AM and end at 10PM. We will call you before they leave on their route, which may consist of many stops. Please be patient as our driver will also call you when they are approximately 15 minutes away.
Orders placed from 7PM to 10PM will go out first thing the following morning.
HOW MUCH CAN I BUY AT A TIME?
Per Nevada state law, recreational customers can only purchase a single ounce of cannabis or equivalent of 3500mg combined total per delivery request. If you are at your allotment we will not be able to send promotional products.

Our deliveries start at 8AM and end at 10PM.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept cash on delivery. Our drivers carry limited change so please be prepared. We’ll call you with a total before processing your order.
WILL YOU DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS?
Our Pahrump delivery radius is 15 miles from the shop in every direction, excluding California. We cannot legally deliver to California. We deliver in a low clearance vehicle so please be considerate of whether or not we can reach you.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH MY ORDER?
Our drivers will review your delivery with you when they arrive. If anything is wrong, you’ll have to reject the delivery and we will bring it back corrected. Once you sign off on the state mandated transfer paperwork, we cannot exchange your order.
WHY ARE YOU CLOSED FOR BUSINESS?
Out of concern for public health and safety, our state government has passed an emergency declaration mandating all dispensaries to close their doors and operate delivery only. We are actively working to improve our operations during this unexpected crisis.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T GET AHOLD OF ME?
We will call you after receiving your order to confirm your name, address, product request, and total. If we can't reach you after the first phone call, we will put your order back in the queue to try once more. If we cannot confirm your name, address, and order with our follow up phone call, it won't be be processed. By law we must confirm name, address, and order with customer receiving the delivery. Drivers will call before leaving for their route. If they are unable to touch base and provide an ETA, we will have to put your order back in the queue, and you will experience a longer wait time.
