We are looking for a well-rounded candidate to join our dispensary team! As a Budtender for TGIG, you must professionally represent yourself by all company standards. You will be in charge of directly handling customer relations within the store as well as providing excellent customer service for all customers. While on the shift you will report directly to the Assistant Manager (AM) on duty. All tasks must be performed daily with keen attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a sales environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Cash handling experience, must be able to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
  • Must be able to complete and employment pre-screening aptitude test.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Follow all Nevada State Regulations
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cannabis products
  • Must always have a positive attitude, regardless of the situation
  • Work well independently & with a team
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • At least 21 years old with valid ID
  • Valid Nevada Dispensary Agent Card
  • Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and call offs for shifts is not tolerated.
  • Flexible availability – Must be willing to work varied hours: nights, evenings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed…no exceptions!

We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join our cultivation team. The Cultivation Assistant will be assisting in daily operations related to growing Cannabis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Watering
  • Flushing
  • Pruning
  • Harvesting
  • Trimming
  • Time Management
  • Waste Process
  • Cleaning

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, cropping, topping, flushing, waste disposal, inspect crops and inventory management.
  • Implement existing SOPs
  • Operate heavy machinery
  • Record data, maintain operation logs
  • Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Hard working, punctual and a great team player
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Previous cultivation experience is preferred
  • Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for extended periods of time
  • Preferred knowledge of container systems with soil and hydroponic
  • Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements

Cultivation Packaging

We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join our packaging team. The Packaging Assistant will be assisting the Packaging Manager with all packaging and trimming duties.


  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Cannabis processing; proper technique and handling of finished product, so as not to degrade the quality while packaging.
  • Breakdown cured batches into multiple different weight increments and package them accordingly.
  • Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming, and curing.
  • Basic knowledge of BioTrack and Metric
  • Show self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with all members of their staff and the company, as well as with their direct supervisor.
  • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, especially with the direct supervisors and other team members.
  • Preparing all boxes and products for orders. Making sure all needed labels are on the proper boxes and product.
  • Maintain daily sanitation of all machines and of the packaging room.
  • Knowledgeable about machines and how to work them.
  • Maintain organization abided by state regulations.


  • Experience working in a fast-paced, continually changing work environment while successfully meeting goals set by management
  • Conducting yourself with the utmost professionalism with ethical behavior to the company
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask for most efficient time management required
  • Must past a criminal background check
