Curbside Pickup FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR CURBSIDE PICKUP HOURS?
Our curbside pickup service is available from Sunday to Wednesday, 8AM to Midnight and from Thursday to Saturday, 8AM to 3AM . The last curbside pickup order will be taken 15 minutes before we close, and must be picked up by Midnight or 3AM, respectively.
HOW DO I PLACE A CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDER?
Curbside pickup orders can be placed on our online menu Las Vegas Delivery and Curbside Menu. Just be sure to choose "Pickup (Curbside)" on the checkout page. We must call to confirm your order. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a message from us. You, as well as all occupants inside your vehicle, will need to provide photo ID. Everyone in your vehicle must be 21 years of age or older. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our security staff with additional instructions.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP?
All curbside pickup orders must be placed online and in advance. When you arrive, you must practice safe social distancing, wear a mask, and stay in your vehicle at all times. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in your vehicle unless they are a Medical Marijuana Patient with a valid non expired medical card. Make sure to bring cash for payment as there will be no access to on-site ATMs, however we do offer change. Additionally, onsite consumption is NOT permitted.
AM I ABLE TO CHANGE MY CURBSIDE ORDER WHEN I PICK IT UP?
If an error occurs, a correction can be made. No other adjustments or changes to orders are permitted.
CAN I PICKUP MY CURBSIDE ORDER ON A BIKE, SCOOTER, SKATEBOARD, ETC?
Curbside pickups are only allowed in a motorized vehicle or on a motorized bike. All riders must be over 21 years of age with a valid ID. No push scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, walk ups, etc. are allowed for curbside pickup. However, you can place an in store pickup order and come into the shop for your order.
CAN I PICKUP MY CURBSIDE ORDER IN A RIDESHARE?
Yes, however all passengers (including the driver) must be 21 years of age and older. As long as you have a valid nonexpired form of identification and everyone in the vehicle can provide valid nonexpired identification you can pick up your order without ever getting out of your Uber, Lyft, or Taxi!

In Store Pickup FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR IN STORE PICKUP HOURS?
Pickup orders can be placed starting at 8AM and must be picked up the same day by Midnight.
HOW DO I PLACE AN IN STORE PICKUP ORDER?
Pickup orders can be placed on our online menu Las Vegas Delivery and Curbside Menu. Just be sure to choose "Pickup (In-Store)" at checkout.

We must call to confirm your order before pickup so please wait to hear from us before coming in.
DO I GET TO SKIP THE LINE WHEN I COME TO PICKUP MY ORDER?
We are happy to announce our expedited pickup line is back! We still have strict capacity allowances so pickups may have to wait to be checked in. Once inside the shop you'll be able to pick up your order at a register line dedicated to online orders only!

Delivery FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?
Our deliveries start at 8AM and end at Midnight or slightly later.  
HOW DO I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER?
Go to our online menu www.thegrovenv.com/las-vegas-dispensary-menu/? and choose the option for "Delivery" at checkout. For new customers, you will have to enter your address first to confirm you are within our delivery radius. For returning customers, this will take you to our live menu where you can pick out what you’d like for your delivery. Upon checkout please provide special instructions for delivery such as gate code and / or building number. We will call you after applying your discounts and deals to confirm a total.
HOW CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY?
A minimum purchase of $100 subtotal pre-tax and after discounts is required for FREE SAME-DAY DELIVERY in Las Vegas!

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR DELIVERIES?
  • By law we must confirm your date of birth, address, and order via phone before processing your delivery.
  • Customer placing and confirming the order must be the person to physically receive the order.
  • In order to receive a cannabis delivery, we have to verify your identification with a portable VeriScan ID scanner in person.
  • Any medical patient must show a valid medical card.
  • We can only deliver to whomever places the order at a private residence. Private residence does not include hotels, gaming properties, and campgrounds.  
WHEN CAN I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER?
Our website menu is open from 8AM to Midnight daily. Orders placed on our website from 8AM to 9PM are delivered the same day. Orders placed from 9PM to Midnight may be delivered the next day. Our website is closed for delivery requests from Midnight to 8AM.  
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Orders placed from 8AM to 9PM have an approximate 3 to 5 hour turnaround time for same day delivery depending on volume fluctuations. Our drivers are in constant contact to update you along the way! Deliveries start at 8AM and end at Midnight. We will call you before they leave on their route, which may consist of many stops.

Orders placed from 9PM to Midnight will go out first thing the following morning.

Boulder City requests may be processed for next-day delivery.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept cash on delivery. Our drivers carry limited change so please be prepared. We’ll call you with a total before processing your order.
WILL YOU DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS?
We have a 25 mile delivery radius in every direction from our Las Vegas dispensary on 4647 University Center Drive. Please provide details in the “Special Instructions” section when placing your order. Details such as gate code, apartment number, building number, and directions if in a large complex help so we can get to you in a timely manner!

Any delivery requests from Boulder City may be delivered the next day.

Walk In FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR WALK IN HOURS?
Our walk in hours begin at 8AM and the doors close at Midnight, Sunday through Wednesday. We have new extended hours from 8AM to 3AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

All purchases must be completed by Midnight or 3AM, respectively.
DO YOU HAVE AN ATM ON SITE?
We have two ATMs on our sales floor that are fully accessible.
CAN I SHOP WITHOUT A MEDICAL CARD?
Yes, we are a recreational dispensary so a medical card isn't necessary to make a purchase. Anyone who is 21 years of age and older with a valid non expired ID can enter the premises.
ARE MINORS ALLOWED?
No, minors are not allowed in the shop unless they have a valid medical card and identification credentials. Anyone without valid identification proving they are at least 21 years of age cannot legally be in our store.

General FAQ

WHAT FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION ARE ALLOWED?
Per Nevada state law, we can only serve adults age 21 years of age and older unless an underage medical card holder. We accept the following valid and unexpired forms of identification.

  • Driver’s licenses or instruction permit issued by any state or territory of the US
  • Identification card issued by any state or territory of the US
  • US military identification card
  • Merchant Mariner Credential issued by the US Coast Guard
  • Passport issued by the US government
  • Permanent resident card issued by the US Citizenship and Immigration
  • Services of the Department of Homeland Security
  • Tribal ID card issued by a tribal government which requires proof of the age of the holder of the card for issuance
HOW MUCH CAN I BUY AT A TIME?
Per Nevada state law, recreational customers can only purchase a single ounce of cannabis or equivalent of 3500mg combined total. If you are at your allotment we will not be able to add promotional products to the order.
ARE YOU HONORING DISCOUNTS?
Yes we are still offering the same in store discounts you’ve come to rely on! These include medical discounts and 10% off for veterans, students, seniors (65+), and industry workers with valid verification. We will call you to confirm the total after these discounts are applied to an online order, just let us know in the ‘Special Instructions’ area at checkout. Please have valid verification available at point of sale, pickup, or delivery. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined with additional deals.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash and The Grove branded gift cards only.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final. We offer exchanges on all vaporizer cartridges and disposables within two weeks of purchase with original receipt and packaging.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T GET AHOLD OF ME TO CONFIRM MY ONLINE ORDER?
We will call you after receiving your online order request to confirm your name, address, products, discounts, and total. If we can't reach you after the first phone call, we will put your order back in the queue to try once more. If we cannot confirm your name, address, and order with our follow up phone call, it will not be processed. By law we must confirm the name, address, and order with the customer who placed the order and will either be picking it up or receiving the delivery. Drivers will make an additional call before leaving for their route. If they are unable to touch base and provide an ETA, we will have to put your order back in the queue, and you will experience a longer wait time.
WHAT IS THE TAX RATE ON CANNABIS ITEMS?
Recreational cannabis purchases are subject to a 4.6% NV State Tax, 3.78% Clark County Tax, and a 10% Recreational Cannabis Tax for a total combined tax of 18.78%.

We are licensed as a recreational dispensary so although medical customers can purchase with us, all of the products we sell are deemed recreational products and will be taxed as such.
CAN I CONSUME CANNABIS ON SITE?
No. Per Nevada state law, all cannabis consumption must be done on private property. Opening or consuming cannabis products while on our property is illegal, including in our parking lot.
CAN I TRAVEL WITH CANNABIS PRODUCTS?
It is illegal to cross state lines with any cannabis product containing THC. You cannot legally travel outside of the State of Nevada with your cannabis purchase.
DO YOU ACCEPT OUT OF STATE MEDICAL CARDS?
Yes, Nevada dispensaries are legally allowed to honor medical cards issued outside the state of Nevada from the following states. Out of state medical cards are valid as long as they state an expiration date and are not expired. Out of state medical cards must be accompanied with a matching state ID or a passport to be accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISCOUNT?
Although we began by serving the medical community, our dispensaries are no longer licensed as medical dispensaries and sell recreational products only. If you are a medical customer making a purchase you may notice recreational products are subject to a "Recreational Tax". However, in still wanting to honor our medical customers we provide a 10% off non-stackable discount to offset the tax on all medical orders. The medicinal benefits of cannabis created the foundation of our business and The Grove will always be dedicated to taking care of our medical customers’ needs.
